GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
*Gift cards are sent as a digital PDF via email We do not offer pre-printed physical cards.
*PAYMENT METHOD: Bizum or bank transfer (gift cards are non-refundable).
*VALIDITY: 1 year (counted from the date of issue, not the payment date). Gift card reservations are not accepted on public holidays, long weekends, Easter, July, August, or Christmas..
*Gift card holders must contact us in advance to check date availability and confirm their reservation.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY PROCESS:

2. Once we receive your request, we will send you an email with your gift card number and the payment instructions.
3. After payment is received, we will send the gift card via email. To ensure smooth processing, we do not send gift cards before payment is confirmed.
